Five hundred and fifty copies have been printed of this book by Andrew H Kellogg, 409 Pearl Street, New York, from December, 1900 to May, 1903. Of this number the first 150 copies are reserved for the members of the Club, for copyright purposes and for complimentary copies to the authors of the book the remaining copies are for sale in the United States and in Great Britain (From colophon).
